Kaiser Permanente offers prepaid health plans for the individuals, employees and employers. The health plans of Kaiser Permanente are non-profit. Kaiser Permanente medical groups are owned by physicians and offer medical care for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan members. The medical groups are professional corporations. They receive the funding from Kaiser Foundation Health Plans.



Mr. Halvorson and thirteen other members make the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospital Board of Directors.
