Child Only Plans
Children aged 19 and over should apply separately for Short Term Health Insurance. Child-only coverage is available for ages 2 through 18. The application need to be completed and signed by the parent or legal guardian.

Beginning of Coverage
As soon as you submit the application form for Short Term Insurance and initial payment through Internet or fax, the earliest date that coverage can begin is 12:01 am on the very next day. Your application form must be completed in all respect and your payment information must be valid.
